*Access Opportunity's Instagram audience is comprised of mainly staff and students, so less explanation about the event was needed. They want to see photos afterwards and may share the post if they are included in a photo.
Additionally, hashtags drive traffic on Instagram allowing more people who aren't following to find and engage with the content.

Caption reads: We kicked off the year with our January Workshop, planned by our Student Advisory Group. 66 students attended the workshop, and they all felt energized and excited to be together in-person.
Our Student Advisory Group chose the topics covered throughout the sessions, which included: Skills for Student Success, Financial Literacy, Networking, Mental Health, and advice from former AO students. Guest speakers (Cristina G. Chacon and Whittney RoJo) were a big highlight amongst the students.

*Access Opportunity's LinkedIn audience is comprised of donors, students, and program partners. This is the best of both worlds with both accomplishment and statistics appealing highly to the audience, and an opportunity for students to reshare big moments. Furthermore, hashtags tend to drive traffic on this channel more than Facebook.
